Cancer, Grief & Transition Coaching

Supporting you: Before, During, and After Cancer treatments

Many people experience grief throughout their cancer journey: when facing the shocking diagnosis, during the intense treatments, and when moving beyond them into uncertainty, fear, and confusion.

Unlike the transition to survivorship after curative treatment, others face a different reality. They will continue with ongoing monitoring, periodic treatments, uncertainty, symptom management, and adapting to cancer as a chronic condition.

How I Can Help You

To those transitioning from active treatment to survivorship, I offer counselling and coaching to help navigate the physical, emotional, and practical challenges of life after treatment. I also offer coaching and counselling to those navigating life with ongoing cancer.

LIFE  AFTER  ACTIVE  TREATMENT

Beginning the journey of survivorship

There is no right or wrong way to feel after cancer treatment. Everyone's experience is unique. While many people gradually adjust as their energy returns and their confidence grows, others benefit from additional support during this transition.

Through compassionate coaching and counselling, I provide a safe space to help you navigate life after treatment. Together, we can work toward:

  • Regaining your strength and confidence

  • Coping with fear of recurrence and uncertainty

  • Managing stress and difficult emotions

  • Reducing fatigue and improving your overall well-being

  • Finding balance and adapting to your "new normal"

  • Rediscovering meaning, purpose, and joy in everyday life

You don't have to navigate this transition alone. Support is available as you move forward, at your own pace, with compassion and hope.

LIVING  WITH  CHRONIC  CANCER

Ongoing medical care and lifestyle adaptations

For some, cancer after treatment becomes a chronic condition that is managed with treatments to help control its growth, manage symptoms, and support a meaningful quality of life for months or even years.

Living with chronic cancer brings its own uncertainties, challenges, and emotional ups and downs.

You do not have to carry them alone.

Through compassionate coaching and counselling, I offer a supportive space where you can speak openly about your fears, hopes, and the challenges of living with chronic cancer.

Together, we can explore ways to manage:

  • grief for the life you once had

  • fear about what lies ahead

  • frustration with the limitations cancer has placed on your life

  •  Uncertainty about how to move forward.

You do not have to navigate this alone

If any of this resonates, I would be glad to talk with you about where you are and how I might help.
